    Description

    A very rare and very interesting piece of VW history.  This is a miniature rendering of the RUCKBLICK sculpture in Wolfsburg.  This huge sculpture is of the rear-window "split window" Type 1.  The last photo above shows the actual large-scale sculpture in downtown Wolfsburg.  This was erected on the very spot where the Cianetti Halle once stood.  106 of these were made to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the VW museum.  The sculpture is called RUCKBLICK.  It was gifted to the city by VW.
    THIS IS 1 of ONLY 106 EVER MADE.
    It hails from a private collection, and has been shelf or drawer kept in a home for years.  This is NOT a reproduction, this is an ORIGINAL version of this item.  This and my other VW Items are from a personal collection amassed over 40 years by someone who worked closely with members of Volkswagen / Audi / Porsche staff.
