America Retold French Train Towel Rack Nickel Finish. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.This is a classic French Train Luggage Rack style towel holder. The finish has oxidized and I have shown the differences in finish throughout the rack. I purchased this to use in a bathroom remodel about 10 years ago. I paid 0 for it. I didn't use it as when the bathroom was finished because I did not have enough room for it. I stored it unwrapped. The finish was originally a shiny chrome look. It has oxidized and now looks antique. Some parts are still shiny where it was not exposed so it may be able to be polished. I did not try to do that. I think it still looks good but I have priced it accordingly.
