Bottle Pour Spout or Stopper From San Antonio Shape of Cowboy Hat NWOT

Up for bidding is a new Pour Spout Stopper or Dispenser for a bottle that is in the shape of a Cowboy hat and on the hat it says San Antonio Texas on one side and the other side says Texan Accent General Store
I bought this a few years ago as a Souvenir but never ended up using it.
It could be used for most any liquid that can go thru a straw
Overall size is 4 ½” from top to bottom and 3 ¼” from side to side

I do my best to give an accurate description in regards to color, size and condition.
