Heart Wine cork Silver - New and Vintage

Vintage Silver Wine stopper. Beautiful artwork. Not sure if it is real silver but it is beautiful. I am not sure of the metal it is made of.
My dad gave me this piece about 5 years ago. I am selling to down size my collection of brass items. I dont know much about it but here it is. I have many more listed as well. Thank you
