    I found this cheese /nut grater in Ramona California at a Sunday morning church bazaar. The metal and aluminum body caught my eye as it was being demonstrated by and older lady who told me that she had used it many times when she was a child on a nearby ranch during the early 1900’s.
    Made by the Lorraine Metal Manufacturing Co. (1868 - 1953)
    Measures: 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" and easily clamps to a table. Sea foam green base. Used for cheese or nuts. Crank turns easily and there is no rust in hopper.
    Cast iron and aluminum with green wood handle and heart-shaped screw clamp.
    Condition is very good.
