Many of the items we sell are brand new, sealed items that were dented in warehouses or in transit. If the listing is for a single item we will describe the individual dents and dings. If it is a multiple item listing, we will put "New and Sealed. Contents are guaranteed. All boxes have dents, dings and/or tears." What this means is that the item is brand new and unopened. The guarantee means
we will refund or replace it if the
CONTENTS
of the box are damaged
. The last part means the box will have cosmetic issues: dents, tears, dings, bulges, wrinkles etc. Nothing will be horribly damaged.

COMBINED SHIPPING
If you use the shopping cart you will automatically receive combined shipping for multiple purchases. It works well for most of our average-sized and larger items, such as board games and other boxed games, as well as books. It does not do a very good job with small, light items such as miniatures, where the packaging weighs as much as or more than the actual item. In these cases, add all the items to your cart and choose "Request Total From Seller" and we can give you a manually adjusted shipping invoice.
NOTE: This will commit you to buying the items upon receiving the adjusted shipping invoice.
Once you pay, we cannot combine more items with the ones for which you have already paid.
IN-STORE PICK UP
If you would like to do an in-store pickup, you have a few options below.
When you place a local pick-up order, PLEASE SEND US A SEPARATE MESSAGE regarding your in-store pick-up and await confirmation that it is ready for pick-up. Please arrange to collect your items within three days of receiving confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up.

Local pick-up orders are processed on

. If you place a local pick-up order after 5pm on a weekday, or any time on Saturday or Sunday, it may not be ready until the following business day.

This means we will take them back for refund or replacement if there is an issue. Please keep in mind, if something is missing or damaged from your board game 99.9% of the time, the manufacturer will replace damaged or missing pieces for free.
