Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. With no exceptions.
It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color. Dyed shoes and jewelry are not returnable, unless defective.
Returning Defective Items:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the Damaged or Defective Items and request a return authorization.
Damaged Items:
If an item is received damaged, please inform us within 48 hours. Be sure to include a picture of the damaged item and the Ebay item number. After approval, we will ship out a replacement.
Items returned for exchange with authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges, No exceptions.
If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item do to an error on our behalf, we will either issue you a refund or send a replacement. If upgraded shipping is required you will be responsible for the additional upgraded charges.
Your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer within 1-4 business days from the time of final payment.
All shipping charges are for USPS ground. If you need an item in a hurry we do provide faster service (ie., 2nd day air, overnight, etc.) as well as a rush service. Contact us for details on charges.
