    The Bluffton Slaw Cutter Factory was opened in Bluffton, Ohio in 1915. A local entrepreneur wanted to manufacture the 'Best Slaw Cutters and Graters' in the US. Thus, the company was started and has continued to operate continuously for the past 93 years. The  building and equipment are of the late 1800s and early 1900s. The line shaft is powered by a single antique electric motor.
