Description

A vintage ROTARY INTERNATIONAL ruler. It is 12" and is solid metal with a gold-tone finish. The print on the ruler says C.1946 ROTARY INT'L. It is marked MADE IN USA in very fine print. The back is ribbed. It looks like it is in NEW condition. It was closely inspected and no scratches or tarnish could be found. It has a shiny gold finish and vivid black lettering and markings.
