Vtg. movable handcarved German bottle stopper with cork

Vtg. movable handcarved German bottle stopper with cork. Condition is "Used". This bottle stopper is actually amazing as you can see there was a string in the back with a wooden bead. When you pull the wooden bead with the string it takes the man’s hat off his head. It seems it does need a little work maybe someone knows how to tighten the string, he is in good shape the cork, has discolored from either liquor or wine. His hat and hand actually move right now nothing is staying in place that is due to the cord having to be some way tightened. It measures five and three-quarter inches long.
